This Privacy Policy explains how Wilson Associates Ltd ("Wilson Associates", "we", "us") collects and uses information through this website and through EzyTime.

1. Information we collect

• This website — we don't use tracking or advertising cookies. We only receive standard, non-identifying web server logs (such as IP address and browser type) from our hosting provider.
• EzyTime accounts — name, email address, and company details provided when an account is created or a colleague is invited.
• EzyTime usage data — the timesheet, expense, client, task, and invoice information you or your company enters into EzyTime.
• Billing information — subscription and billing details are collected and processed directly by Paddle, our payment provider; we don't receive or store your card details.

2. How we use it

We use this information to provide and support EzyTime, respond to support requests, and manage subscriptions and billing. We don't sell your information, and we don't use your EzyTime data for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted third-party providers to run EzyTime:

• Paddle — processes subscription payments and billing as our merchant of record.
• Clerk — provides secure sign-in and account authentication.
• Xero — if a company chooses to connect their own Xero account, EzyTime exchanges invoice and contact data with Xero on their behalf, under their own authorisation.
• Our cloud infrastructure and database providers, who host EzyTime and its data securely.

We don't share your information with any other third party except as required by law.

4. Data storage and retention

EzyTime data is stored with reputable cloud infrastructure providers. We retain account and usage data for as long as your company's EzyTime account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward in case of billing or legal requirements.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing support@wilsonasc.co.nz. Company administrators can also directly manage and remove staff accounts within EzyTime.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
