Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wilson Associates website and the EzyTime application ("EzyTime", together "the Services"), both provided by Wilson Associates Ltd ("Wilson Associates", "we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us and the Services

Wilson Associates provides independent IT systems and network engineering contracting services, and develops and operates EzyTime, a subscription timesheet, expense, and invoicing application for businesses.

2. Accounts

To use EzyTime you must create an account and provide accurate information. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Company administrators are responsible for managing which of their staff have access.

3. Subscriptions and billing

EzyTime is offered on a trial basis with no payment required, followed by a paid subscription billed on a per-company basis (a base charge covering one user, plus a charge per additional active user), billed either monthly or yearly at your choice. Subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorised payment provider and merchant of record — Paddle handles billing, receipts, tax, and payment security on our behalf. 4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Services, or to use the Services in a way that infringes the rights of others.

5. Your data

Data you enter into EzyTime (such as timesheet entries, client details, and invoices) remains yours. We access it only as needed to provide and support the Services, or as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Wilson Associates owns all rights in the EzyTime software and this website. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that ownership to you — you're granted only the right to use the Services in line with these Terms.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Services available and reliable, but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or change features of EzyTime from time to time as it continues to be developed.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wilson Associates isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or remedy you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 that can't lawfully be excluded.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services and cancel your subscription at any time (see our Refund Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for a serious breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
